Below is the pricing
structure and the main features are that holidays run from 14.00hrs
on a Saturday to 10.00 hours on a future Saturday.
The high season of June until September(inc) is at fixed rates,
all other times work on the basic price of the villa per week
x the no. of people staying. Water and electricity are included,
there is no telephone or tv.

Low
Season
A flat rate of £225 per week for the villa
irrespective of the number of people staying (for all months excluding
June-Sept) plus the individual per person rate. The villa is suitable
for up to 6 people staying, babies / young children sleeping in
a cot are not charged for. The cot can be sited in the master
bedroom (4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which 2 are en-suite).
This fee includes water and electricity (225AC-plugs are two pin).
Electricity is very expensive in Spain so please turn off exterior
lights and pool lights when not required. Water is also metered,
scarce and costly.

Should you
use more than one gas bottle
per let, an additional one can be obtained outside Barclays Bank
(09.30-10.30) or in the Old Town on the right hand side as you
leave the Old Town on the Jesus Probe Road. You will be charged
approximately
£10 for a full replacement cylinder. Lost
cylinders will be charged at £200 each.
An additional cot
for small children can be provided locally at a weekly cost of £20
each and should be paid directly to our Housekeeper. The cot should
be requested on the original booking form. (The villa does have
one cot and a high chair).
Additional cleaning
can be arranged locally with the Housekeeper and paid for in advance
at a rate of £10 per hour. Bed linen will be changed weekly.
Additional laundry
can be arranged and paid for separately to the Housekeeper. The
villa does have a washing machine or alternatively you can take
your personal laundry to the laundrette opposite Barclays Bank –
300 yards further towards the town. Maid service - Prices according to requirements
